Product Questions

What are the main differences between the G series, E series, Win series, and Combo series?

Their main difference lies in the professional division of labor. You can understand it as follows:
G-Series is a 'line expert': dedicated to drawing precise and clear pattern contours.
E-Series is a "coloring expert," focusing on small area color filling and soft shadow processing.
Win Series is a "rendering master," focusing on efficient coloring of large areas and rich gradient effects between light and dark.

What do codes like 3RL, 5RS, and 7M1 mean?

They indicate needle configuration and count. "RL" stands for Round Liner for lines, "RS" stands for Round Shader, and "M1" stands for Magnum for shading. The number represents the needle count (e.g., 3, 5, 7).

Which needle type is best for lining, shading, or packing color?

RL (Round Liner) for lines. RS (Round Shader) or M1/M2 (Magnum) for shading and color filling.

What is the needle diameter (gauge)?

Our standard needle gauge is either #12 (0.35mm) or #10 (0.30mm), depending on the product line. Please check the specific product description for details.

How many cartridges are in a box?

Usually it's a box of 20; special items will be labeled separately.

Are your needles pre-sterilized?

Yes, our tattoo needles are disinfected with ethylene oxide.

Common Usage Issues

What should I do if a needle bends during use?

Stop immediately. Safely discard the bent needle in a sharps container and replace it with a new, sterile one. Never attempt to straighten and reuse it.

What should I do if a needle tip breaks off during a tattoo?

Stop tattooing immediately. If the fragment is on the skin, use sterile tweezers to remove it. If it is embedded in the skin, advise the client to seek medical attention for safe removal. Document the incident.

Why is the needle scratching the skin or causing trauma?

This is often caused by incorrect needle depth, a dull or burred needle tip, an incorrect angle, or excessive hand speed. Check your setup and technique.

Why is the needle not holding pigment or applying ink properly?

Common causes include insufficient ink depth, using the wrong type of needle for the task, a damaged needle tip, or ink that is too thick.

How do I safely dispose of used needles?

Always dispose of used needles immediately in a designated, puncture-resistant sharps container. Follow local regulations for biomedical waste disposal.
